Check the Spam folder in your email to make sure your confirmation email was not blocked. You may need to add to your "allowed" senders list to receive confirmation emails and information regarding future bookings. You can also contact us for help using our web form or call us at (317) 559-3950.
Click the 'My Account' button at the top of the website to view details of any current reservation. You can either login to your account or use our reservation lookup tool by entering your confirmation number.
We simply uphold the cancellation policy of your pet care provider. Please check with your pet care provider directly or the details of your confirmation email, as each pet care provider may set their own policy.
You can cancel your reservation online. You may still be subject to change and cancellation fees that your pet care provider may impose and require to be passed on. Change and cancellation requirements and penalties vary by pet care provider, so please check your reservation confirmation email for details or check with your pet care provider.
No, you are not required to create an account to book a reservation with us. You do have the option to create an account during the checkout process, which will save you some typing the next time you book with us. You can also login using your Facebook or Twitter account. Simply go to the My Account tab at the top of the page.

Always check with your pet care provider’s requirements, as they may vary. The three basic vaccinations which all pet boarding facilities typically require are Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella.
